TERMS OF SERVICE

Commission Terms:1. Payment:
- May fully pay upfront or pay a deposit with the remaining amount due before final artwork delivery.
- Payments accepted via Gcash or Paypal are necessary for commission initiation.2. Turnaround:
- Completion within 1-4 weeks or sooner, subject to workload.
- Potential delays may occur due to school, queues, health conditions, or commission complexity
-Delayed responses from the client may affect the turnaround time.3. Revisions:
-Three (3) minor revisions are included for free during the sketch or work -in- progress stage. Extra revisions may be allowed if I decide so.
- If you want changes made after the final artwork is finished, an extra fee will be charged unless the mistake was caused by my misunderstanding.4. Communication:
- Responses will be made within the GMT +8 timezone, so sorry if I reply late! ^^5. Refusal Rights:
-I reserve the right to decline any commission request without explanation, though I may provide courtesy reasoning at times.6. Usage & Copyright
- Unauthorized alteration or duplication of commissioned artworks is prohibited without explicit consent.
-My artwork may NOT be used for AI training
- I retain the right to post finished commission images with my watermark on my social media platforms. If you prefer your commission not to be shared, please inform me.7.Commercial Use
-Commercial use must be discussed before payment.
-Commercial commissions will have additional fees depending on the intended use.
-I still retain the copyright to the artwork unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.8. Refunds:
- The Client is not eligible for a refund after I have started the sketch or completed the commission.
-If I am unable to start the commission for any reason, the Client will receive a full refund.9.Artist Reference Policy
- Iam happy follow provided references closely, but may apply minor adjustments or stylistic changes for consistency with my art style, anatomy, or composition, especially if the reference is commercial work or unsuitable for direct replication.
